Interior of bags are sterile until opened so only open when ready to fill. .
Cup tip off pointed end of the bag at approx 1'' slip in nozzle and adjust cut if necessary. .
Always start the cut on the seamed edge and cut upwards.
For best results. Ensure the product to be piped is the consistency of whipped cream. .
If thicker fudge is to be used it is best to warm the product before putting it into the bag. This will prevent the bags splitting during use. .
Turn over top 3'' of bag and hold open between open fore finger and thumb to fill. .
Fill the bag just over half full of product. .
Pull the bag off hand and squeeze down the product evenly ensuring no air is trapped. .
If piping fudge or other thick product hold the bags just above the nozzle to guide the product with one hand. .
Using the other hand to squeeze the bag once again close to the nozzle.
(Please note with thick product holding the bag at the top and squeezing will cause the bag to burst). .
Make a couple of dummy piping motions to ensure the product is flowing correctly. If there are any lumps in the piped product this will block the nozzle and impede piping. .
Ensure even pressure is applied during piping. .
Cut out nozzle when finished wash for re-use. .
Throw away bag, as this is a single use product. .
